01 / Bubble Skirts

Puffy skirts, shorts and dresses were a reoccurring theme at several shows. Try giving some contrast to a feminine bubble skirt or dress by adding an oversized blazer.

02 / Capri Pants

Capri pants are here to stay and we’re loving it! Pair them with kitten heals or flip-flops for an effortless chic look.

03 / Rugby Shirts

After the rise of tennis core, the next sports-inspired trend is rugby. Style a striped rugby shirt with a delicate skirt to create an interesting contrast. We also love the double collar combination by wearing a white button down underneath the rugby shirt.

04 / Bermuda Shorts

Especially cool low-waisted, paired with feminine tops. Wear them with loafers or kitten heals and don’t forget to add a belt.

05 / Mini Trench Coats

What do chic French and Scandi style have in common? Trench coats! While there were several regular trench coats, we found the shorter versions particularly interesting. Style it with Capri pants in summer or thin black tights and kitten heals for the transitional season.

06 / Transparency

Layers of organza and other transparent fabrics were one of the biggest topics, being included in a majority of the runways. We like the idea of wearing several sheer pieces over each other to create layers of transparency.

07 / Lace Skirts

Going hand in hand with the transparency trend, lace skirts and dresses were a reoccurring theme. Add a masculine garment on top such as a sweatshirt, suit jacket or collar shirt.

08 / Strapless Necklines

Strapless necklines made a bold return at Copenhagen Fashion Week, offering a chic and minimalist option for effortless summer elegance.

09 / Double Denim

The Canadian Tuxedo has solidified its place as a timeless wardrobe staple. This season, it appeared in a variety of combinations, from denim tube tops and jackets paired with baggy jeans to oversized denim shirts styled with pencil skirts.

10 / Monochrome Minimalism

As the essence of Scandinavian style, there were plenty of perfectly cut minimalist wardrobe staples. While some were more timeless, some of had futuristic feeling silhouettes and details. Try adding them together in the same color, possibly using various textures.

11 / Ethereal Draping

A new wave of romantic dressing was a common thread for several designers at Copenhagen Fashion Week. Especially The Garments’ SS25 collection portrayed an ethereal atmosphere. Try pairing draped pieces with traditional tailoring.

12 / Sweater Tied Over Dress

Try tying a sweater or jacket around your waist over a summer dress. This simple move instantly elevates the look, adding a cool, unexpected edge. Pair it with loafers and socks for an extra dose of contrast.

In the end, fashion is about expressing your unique style, not just following trends. But while it's important to stay true to yourself, sometimes it’s fun to look to the runway for fresh design ideas and inspiration. Whether you choose to embrace the latest looks or put your own twist on them, the beauty of fashion lies in making it your own.
