May’s Shopping Favorites
May’s shopping favorites are here! Holly and Sarah picked three sustainable garments perfect for the last Spring days before summer really kicks in. We chose a pink vintage Céline blazer that we found at Rose Market Vintage, in Paris, the Havré Studio skirt set you might recognize from our “26 Seconds at Wall Street” video, and - last but not least - a jeans by the Scandinavian brand Asket. Asket is founded by two guys who met in business school in Stockholm and started their own brand out of the frustration to find the perfect T-Shirt and other menswear basics, that are timeless, well-fitted wardrobe essentials. But more about that below!

02 // THE STANDARD JEANS BY ASKET
Brand: Asket
Founders: August Bard Bringéus and Jakob Dworsky
Based in Stockholm
Founded in 2015
Long story short: Two friends met at business school in Stockholm. Out of the frustration to find well-made, timeless wardrobe essentials for men, they founded their own fashion brand. It all started with designing the perfect T-Shirt which they offer in various sizes and lengths. By now they have expanded to do womenswear as well and have just recently come out with a new product: the Standard Jeans!
Mission: Encouraging people to buy less but well-made, high-quality garments that stand the test of time

03 // DARKBLUE SKIRT SET BY HAVRE STUDIO
Brand: Havré Studio
Founder: Madeleine Frandsen
Based in Mexico City & Copenhagen
Founded in 2019
Long story short: Madeleine and her team prolong the life of vintage garments by deconstructing them into contemporary designs! We particularly love the cropped jackets plus mini-skirt sets that are made from vintage men’s blazers. Another favorite are the color-blocking collar shirts!
Mission: Finding a way to produce fashionable as well as sustainable clothes by using what already exists
Fun fact: The online drops often sell out within minutes
